Join Kipp & Co to cook up some tasty recipes from their fishy larder. Just like last year they will be inviting you to choose the fish while they do the dish. So pop along to the Cookery Demonstration tent to find out how to cook 'green' fish in a simple and easy way. There are none of those fancy fillets or saucy secrets: just clean healthy fishalikes from their lively fishalike tank, chosen hydraulically by you (yes, hydraulically!) and prepared in a tasty way in front of your eyes.

Discover what they mean by 'green' fish as Mike and Simon introduce you to environmentally friendly fishing ideas, thanks to our coastal fishermen, who have been practising 'green' fisheries for generations.

Demonstrations are scheduled throughout the Show, so pop along to sample their delicious fishy dishes.
