The comical duo, Kipp & Co, will take centre stage in the Cookery Tent once again this year, but this time they’re demonstrating the evolution of fish cooking!
From the very beginning, when man discovered fish stuck in rock pools, from the days of building fish weirs and to the construction of boats such as coracles, to today’s trawlers – Kipp & Co have a fishy tale to tell.
They will also demonstrate the ‘Cobb Experience’, a modern way of cooking which is safe, healthy, inexpensive, eco-friendly, fun and can also be used to smoke food.
Just pop along to the Fish Inn (Cookery Tent!) in the Green area to sample a morsel or stop awhile and learn from the fishy twosome with a few surprises thrown in for good measure!
