Dear Classic Car Owner,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Once again we would like to invite all Classic Car owners to attend the Beale Park Boat Show, Classic Car Display. 

This year we have a couple of changes:-

1) Because of the current financial climate and as Beale Park is a registered charity we are  asking car owners for a small donation of £5.00 per vehicle. This will cover one vehicle for all 3 days of the show should you wish to display your vehicle on more than one day. This will also include up to two tickets for the Boat Show each day you attend with your classic car. Also, the ticket will give you reduced entry to the wildlife park during the period of the show.

At this point I would like to thank everyone who has given a donation in previous years. The money all goes towards the upkeep of the animals and the various conservation projects associated with Beale Park. They are greatly appreciated.

2) As it is the year of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, our theme for the show is the Jubilee Years.  We are therefore looking for vehicles from each of the decades to display within the show area.  This will be additional to our normal display in the connecting field.   Any vehicles chosen for this special display will be expected to arrive and in position by 9.30am. They will not be able to leave until the show finishes. The show closes Friday and Saturday 6pm and Sunday 5pm. The vehicles chosen for this display will not be asked to pay the £5.00 donation.

If you are interested in entering your vehicle for the Special Jubilee Display please let us know as soon as possible by completing the attached form.

If you are interested in attending the show could you please complete and return the Booking Form/s with an A5 stamped address envelope and a cheque made payable to The Child Beale Trust. Or please indicate if you wish to be considered for the Jubilee Special Display within the Show area, which will be free of charge
