Raid on the Boat Show

The Beale Park Thames Boat Show has been tipped off about a water borne "raid" on the show.

 Under the code-name HBBR (Home Boat Builders Rally) this veritable armada of 9 to 12 boats will set off from the Trout Inn at Lechlade on Sunday 31 May, arriving with us the following Friday 5^th June in the morning.

 Once here, all boats will take part in Water Craft Magazine's "Amateur Boat Building Competition", which is now in its 9^th year.
