Opera Anywhere sings the praises of the Beale Park Boat Show!

Opera Anywhere sent three members of their team to 2011's Beale Park Boat Show to perform a range of popular opera arias on board River Thames Charters' boat, Sea Saga. 

Mike Woodward (Tenor), Vanessa Woodward (Mezzo) and Emma Noakes (Soprano) performed numbers such as Puccini's 'O Mio Babino Caro', 'Nessun Dorma' and the wonderful duet from The Tales Of Hoffman - the 'Barcarolle'.

We wanted to give people a taste of how opera on water can be so special and to promote the concept of opera cruises to a wider audience.

As a direct result of the Show, Opera Anywhere received four separate enquiries from their performance which turned into three actual booked events and an enquiry to perform at the London Boat Show in January.

The Beale Park Boat Show 2011 was a very enjoyable event, well attended with a lot of appreciation from people on the bank; we felt the organisation was excellent and very friendly.
